Refund and cancellation policy

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your first session for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours can be rescheduled once at no cost.
  • If we cannot deliver a session you paid for, you receive a full refund for that session.
  • For multi-session packages, unused sessions are refunded in full at the per-session rate if you cancel before they take place.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

To request a refund, email info@ezfreshconsulting.net with your name and booking date.

Terms of service

By booking a service you agree to these terms. EZ Fresh Consulting LLC provides financial education and business setup consulting. Our services are informational and are not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. We do not perform credit repair, contact creditors or credit bureaus for you, or guarantee any result.

Payment is due at booking and is processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for decisions you make based on our sessions. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State].

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to provide your service: your name, email, phone number and the information you choose to share in sessions. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business, such as payment and scheduling tools, or when required by law. To access or delete your information, email info@ezfreshconsulting.net.
